Our first time to MI from California and not having any Realtor connections, we met Heather. She really got to know us and what we were looking for. Attentive to our needs, excellent communication through emails, texts and calls, she made herself avail 7 days a week and just an overall kind and caring person. Our different time zones weren’t an issue for her and since we weren’t able to see homes ourselves she took videos and took the time to look at every home we liked. She shared her current expertise (as times have changed) with us as we hadn’t bought a home in 40 years. She directed us with many resources including inspectors. We can’t thank her and Tony enough for their guidance and direction during this important time for us.
